The Career Success Schools’ governing board plays an active and supportive role in setting policy and overseeing various functions required of the school’s charter. Open meetings are held each quarter or as needed. Agendas are posted in each school prior to the meeting date. Any and all patrons are invited to attend. In December of 2009 the Board approved a 12 Million Dollar Bond to purchase two existing Career Success Schools and build a new high school – The Robert L. Duffy High School located at 25th St and Jefferson in East Phoenix on the Lite-Rail Line serving Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa.

The Board continues to support the programs offered at each school and expand its offerings and locations throughout the valley.
