Career Success Schools obtained its charter in March of 2000 and opened its first high school in August 2000 to 243 students. Morning, afternoon and evening classes were offered with a focus on learning a career skill as well as receiving a high school diploma.

Career Success High School – Main Campus

CSHS moved to its current location at 27th Ave and Indian School Rd in 2004 expanding its career programs and now services over 450 students with both its day and evening programs. Career Class offerings include Cosmetology, Graphic Arts & Design, Culinary, Medical Assisting, Performing Arts, Child Development and College Life-Sills offerings. The Main Campus also offers free Day Care.

Career Success HS - Night School Program

Born out of a partnership with Child & Family Services of Phoenix in September 2002, Career Success Schools added an additional site offering its high school curriculum to 20 young mothers, some of whom were expecting. By the end of the 2002-03 school year the population grew to over 50 students. The school was moved to a larger facility and an evening program was added for both boys and girls. Today the Evening Program shares the facility on 27th Ave and enjoys a growing population of over 130 students with child care for infants and toddlers. A strong ELL Program is also offered at night - hours 4:30 - 9:30 PM - Monday-Thursday.  

Career Success HS – North Phoenix Campus

Developed out of a partnership with the Cave Creek Unified School District, Career Success opened a new HS in August 2002 leasing the original Cave Creek HS facility from the school district. Classroom space was limited. The initial population grew from 10 students in August to over 85 by the 100th day. Over the years vocational programs in Automotive, Computer Technology, Flight Training, Video Production, Massage Therapy and Veterinary Medicine have been taught. Over the years more than 300 graduates received their diplomas.

In August 2010 the school moved to its new location at the intersection of Bell and Cave Creek Rds. A new 35,000 ft facility houses a growing population of 160 students with its career and college prep offerings.

Robert L. Duffy High School … a Career Success School

In August 2003 Career Success opened a new HS in downtown house the latest in Phoenix called Career Success Copper Square HS. Space was limited but over the years enrollment held steady at 125 + students and CS Copper Square produced many graduates. In September 2010 Robert L. Duffy HS opened for both the returning Copper Square students and new students. The futuristic, monolithic dome structures house the latest in educational technology and continues the strong focus on career and college offerings. The domed facility is equipped with a auditorium/planetarium, a recording arts studio, a full court gymnasium and indoor track, a commercial kitchen and high tech computer lab.

Robert L. Duffy HS, located on the lite-rail line is in close proximity to literally hundreds of downtown businesses. A community outreach program assists students in doing job shadowing, securing career internships for class credit, and job placement. Due to its convenience to local transportation, students come from throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Career Success High School – Woods Campus

In August 2009 Career Success Schools acquired a campus in West Phoenix that had a full compliment of students. In its 2nd year of operation with a population of 150 + students Woods HS is offering career and college classes. Life Skills Training and Recording Arts are two popular programs.

Career Success SAGE Elementary K-8 Campus

SAGE school (School for the Advancement of Gifted Education) was acquired in April 2002. 200 plus students in grades K-12 attended the school in the ensuing year and up through 2007. In 2008 SAGE became a K-8 Elementary school teaching the CORE Knowledge curriculum serving 175 students. The teaching staff is eager to use the curriculum which is "rich" in content knowledge.

In August 2010 a free pre-school opened for 4 year olds. Enrollments are now over 200. The students are enjoying a new playground build by the national organization called “KaBoom”. Academically, students continue to score high on the state standardized tests and, strong parent involvement is typified through its PTO and extensive extracurricular offerings.

Career Success High School – Mesa

Rounding out the 6 Career Success High Schools in the Valley is our HS in Mesa. Acquired in June of 2009 under a separate charter over 110 students are attending. The small school environment offers students personalized attention, credit recovery and career/college class offerings. Specific elective programs are taught in Business and Business Entrepreneurship, Computer Graphics and Technology, Medical Assisting and ELL.
