Medical Assistant-CNA Program
The goal of our this program is to provide high quality education in the field of Medical Assistant-CNA while you earn your high school diploma. The Medical Assistant Program offers students the opportunity to obtain their CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license. The program takes 120 hours and can be completed within a semester of work. Our students gain knowledge of up-to-date trends and develop skills in current CNA technology while in a practical, hands-on setting. Our students learn by doing. Our environment promotes creativity, teamwork, personal and professional growth.
Our courses are directed toward helping students develop desirable work habits and attitudes with respect to entering the work force. In addition, advanced technical, business and people skills encourage self-reliance and readiness to assist others in an ethical approach to their professions.
The CNA License allows our students to seek entry level positions in the medical field and provides the opportunity be hired by a hospital, clinic, nursing home, doctor’s office, etc. In addition, Medical Assistant-CNA students are better prepared to continue their post high school education in a nursing program and/or pursue a pre-med. degree and continue on to medical school.
