Action Plan & Implementation
I will use the information gathered during the first phase to develop a summary report and presentation. This information will outline my findings and observations, and identify next steps. The summary information will serve as another resource to help inform our CEO and the school board on the district’s goals, strategic focus areas, and planning.
The information gathered will be used to make informed decisions about curriculum, staffing and school budgets. We will begin the process of developing strategic thinking and planning to better support school leaders and teachers.
A work session for our strategic planning is scheduled for May 28 & 29; this will include an overview of Phase I.
Review & Adjust
At a retreat or workshop, the CEO and I will review and adjust current goals, initiatives and priorities.
